By accessing our facilities or using our services, you acknowledge that you have:

- • Agreed to comply with all facility rules and safety requirements
- • Acknowledged the inherent risks associated with climbing activities
- • Provided accurate information in all registrations and waivers
For users under 18: A parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf, and must sign all required waivers and consent forms.
If you do not accept these terms, you may not access our facilities or use our services. We reserve the right to deny access or terminate services for non-compliance with these terms.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of these terms:
- • "Activities" means all climbing, bouldering, training, and related activities offered at our facility
- • "Facility" refers to Wall Walkers Bouldering premises at Capalaba and any future locations
- • "Services" includes all programs, classes, coaching, equipment rental, and facility access
- • "Member" means any person who has purchased a membership or recurring access plan
- • "User" refers to any person accessing our facility, including members and casual visitors
- • "Equipment" includes all climbing holds, safety equipment, training apparatus, and facility infrastructure
4. Facility Access and Usage
Operating Hours
- • Monday-Friday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
- • Saturday-Sunday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- • 24/7 access available for eligible members with access cards
- • Holiday hours may vary - check our website for updates
Access Requirements
- • Valid membership or day pass required for entry
- • Completed waiver and registration required before first use
- • Photo identification may be required for verification
- • Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian unless enrolled in supervised programs
Safety Requirements
- • Mandatory safety briefing for first-time users
- • Appropriate climbing attire required (closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothing)
- • Climbing shoes must be worn on climbing surfaces
- • No climbing while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
5. Risk Acknowledgment and Waivers

Climbing and bouldering are inherently dangerous activities that may result in serious injury or death.
By participating in Activities at our facility, you acknowledge and accept that:
- • Climbing involves inherent and obvious risks including but not limited to falls, equipment failure, and collision with other climbers
- • You participate voluntarily and at your own risk
- • You are responsible for your own safety and that of others around you
- • You will not hold Wall Walkers Bouldering liable for any injuries or damages
Required Waivers
- • Adults (18+): Must sign liability waiver before participating
- • Minors (under 18): Parent/guardian must sign waiver and consent forms
- • Group bookings: Individual waivers required for all participants
- • Digital waivers: Available online for convenience
6. Payment and Pricing
Payment Methods
- • Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- • Direct debit for recurring memberships
- • Cash payments accepted for day passes (subject to availability)
- • Digital payments via approved platforms
Pricing and Billing
- • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable
- • Membership fees are billed according to your chosen billing cycle
- • We reserve the right to modify rates with 30 days written notice
- • Failed payments may result in account suspension
Refund Policy
- • Day passes are non-refundable once activated
- • Membership cancellations require 14 days written notice
- • Prorated refunds available for certain circumstances (medical, relocation)
- • Class cancellations by us will receive full refunds or rescheduling options
